Tomorrow, (oops it's already today) we are going to welcome a new member to our family!
A 17 year-old French girl is coming to stay with us for 10 months!
We are going to be her host family! It's our first experience! We are so excited!!!
Oh, first I must introduce myself. I have a great husband, and a cute 7 year old daughter.
My husband knows me since I was 18...so that means he knows quite a lot about me) By the way, I'm 39.
And me...I grew up in Melbourne, Australia. It was only for 4 years (from 6 to 10) but I think this 4 years
was everything. The life in Melbourne has created the ME now. I love mixing with people from all over the world. I am too energetic, never home, always searching for fun and exciting things to do. I feel I'm getting powerful and younger each year))) There are so many things I want to write about myself but you will get to know me more when you start reading my blog.
I've never missed writing a journal since my wedding day. But the life in St.Petersburg in 2008 was so fun and exciting I had no time to write anything. Only could send a monthly report to friends via e-mail. So since 2008, my journal is a complete blank. What a waste...And now, I think I will write again every day because from tomorrow we are welcoming this French girl. I want to write about the life with her.
So...I hope you keep reading my blog:) I need to sleep, to get ready for tomorrow!
My daughter and I will meet this French girl at Nagoya Station!!!
Dear Sakiko!
ReplyDeleteI want to say that your heart is shining with love, and its light is so bright that anyone can see it when only takes a look at you or reads your lines; see and get warm!
Thanks for taking this decision to be so open and share precious moments of your life with us, letting us catch one (or more!) of those sunbeams coming from the very core of yours and shine ourselves with you!
Love you!
Can't wait to get another dose of SakikoSun!
